Brasserie Saint Germain
The Brasserie Saint-Germain was created in 2003 by Vincent, Stéphane and Hervé, all three beer lovers and wishing to make their own recipes. The Brewery is located at Aix Noulette, a small village in the Artois region with a wealthy brewing past.
The brewery philosophy was from the beginning of the adventure based on the use of raw materials
